Garmin makes GPS watches. The one my buddy Darryn has is the Forerunner 405. It lets you know your pace per kilometer, the distance you’ve traveled, and your heart rate. Then at the end of the run you can upload the data to the Garmin connect website and it plots out the course and all the run data.
I sound like an infomercial. I don’t even own a stopwatch. I’d like to get some software for my Blackberry Storm that will do these tricks…but I’ll probably end up buying a 405.

What is Garmin data, Bob? I could Google it, but I’d much rather find out from a live, breathing (sometimes) human bean . . . .
